Graphic Design Co-op

Two semesters co-oping at the University of Cincinnati Libraries administration office located in Walter C. Langsam Library. Worked independently and was responsible for creating my own schedule around given due dates. Projects included exhibits, flyers, signage, social media posts, and photography.

Exhibits

The library entrance features a 135 x 77 in. exhibit space filled by the Library Administration Office. An external University of Cincinnati organization would provide a topic and content, and my role was to sort through the provided information, create a design, and install the exhibit. These aren’t required to follow branding guidelines, which allowed for complete creative freedom.

Native American Collection Signage

Signage series for the CECH Library, including a signifier for the Kretschmer Collection of Native American Children’s Literature and a poster of UC’s Land Acknowledgement statement. Thorough research was conducted to find patterns from Cincinnati Native tribes, including those from the Osage, Miami, Shawnee, and Peoria Nations, to properly highlight their artforms.
